Fortuna favorites Jonathan and Christina Souza return to the Fortuna Concert Series stage by popular demand.

Christina, soprano, and Jonathan, tenor, will bring us a collection of familiar and contemporary songs from the world of musical theater. Pianist Dana Christen will accompany the couple. Something old, something new—an evening of duets and solos from musical theater classics and newer discoveries. This performance is bound to have a little something for everyone.

Jonathan and Christina both earned their undergraduate degrees at Humboldt State University, then spent time in the Bay Area where Jonathan earned his Master's Degree in Music Education at San Jose State and Christina worked as a counselor for adolescents and adults with chronic mental health issues. Currently Jonathan is Artistic Director and Conductor of Six Rivers Choral Artists and Director of Music at Fortuna High School. Christina enjoys sharing her passion, the love of music, with young children in the area.

Concert time is 8:00 p.m. at the Fortuna Monday Club, 610 Main Street in Fortuna. Ticket prices are $8.00 General Admission and $6.00 Students and Seniors.
