"A singer/songwriter with heart and a voice of conscience, a real gem in the field", Katie Hillery's songs and rich vocals reveal a keen insight and gift for translating feelings into intelligent lyrics and memorable music. Karie's trademark vocals and keyboards incorporate styles ranging from pop to folk, country to smooth jazz to R&B.

Katie will be showcasing favorites from her two CD's, "Transitions" and "Bridge the Distance", and introducing new material from her upcoming CD.

Karie's band includes: local bassist Ken Lawrence; background singers and percussionists with the voices "of angels" Brigette Brannan and Marcia Mendels; Mike Labolle on drums and percussion; Julie Froblum on flute and saxophone.
